Filiera

Olio di Filiera is an extra virgin olive oil produced from olives from all over Italy. The supply chain is certified and guarantees sustainability by protecting workers and paying a fair price to producers. The olives are traceable through the QR code on the label. From the point of view of the supply chain, it is not so much the area of production or the production tradition of the olive oil that count (as it is for PGI marks), but rather, the people involved in producing, processing, packaging and then marketing the oil. Olio di Filiera enhances the value from the olive grove to the table.
