DOP Chianti Classico
Filtered extra virgin olive oil made from olives coming from the Chianti Classico region, the perfect product for the most refined tastes. Its organoleptic traits are such as to make it a PDO Chianti Classico olive oil directly certified by the EU. The olives are hand harvested following the ancient tradition. The extraction temperature never exceeds 80.6 °F, the aromas and flavours are unique. This product is recommended for seasoning, game dishes, grilled meat, fish, soups and vegetables.
